| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s logistics industry,more and more attention has been paid to the application of modular logistics packaging equipment.As a logistics standardization assembly tool,logistics equipment can integrate disorganized logistics operation objects into standardized and standardized packaging.The unit facilitates mechanization,automation and intelligent operation,and promotes the improvement of logistics efficiency.With the sharp increase in the use of logistics equipment,as a product that is widely distributed in the market,the natural resources consumed by its own materials have become a topic that has to be paid attention to.This paper proposes to establish a green closed-loop supply chain based on the logistics equipment industry.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign scholars’research on green supply chain and closed-loop supply chain,it summarizes the meaning,management process and benefit analysis.Summarize the concept of green closed-loop supply chain,extract the key links of green closed-loop supply chain management,mainly green manufacturing and green recycling,and the environmental protection level and green recycling link of the logistics equipment produced by the new green manufacturing link.The recovery rate of the recovered logistics equipment is quantified,and the environmental protection degree of the logistics equipment is taken as the positive decision variable of the supply chain.The recovery rate of the logistics equipment is used as the decision-making variable of the supply chain reverse,and the economic profit of the supply chain members is maximized.The goal is to start from the positive and negative directions of the green closed-loop supply chain.Under the situation of decentralized decision-making of each member of the supply chain,a two-way decision-making model of green closed-loop supply chain for logistics instruments is established by using game theory,and the supply chain is obtained through calculation and analysis.Optimal decision making and management recommendations.In addition,on the basis of implementing the green closed-loop supply chain management of the logistics equipment industry,in addition to considering the role and role of supply chain member companies in the supply chain,the role of the government in the supply chain is also crucial.Therefore,on the basis of the two-way decision model,considering the factors of government incentives in the supply chain model,the government’s incentive policies are quantified into the model,and the green supply and green recycling are encouraged from the two perspectives of the supply chain.In the big link,through analyzing and comparing the different incentive effects of the incentive strategies of two different angles,the corresponding optimal decision and management suggestions for the supply chain are obtained.At the same time,it analyzes how to select the incentive strategy in order to achieve specific incentive effects when the government,s fiscal expenditure conditions are certain,and provides quantitative recommendations for the government to formulate relevant regulations.In addition,the sensitivity analysis of market demand and fixed cost is carried out,considering how the optimal decision of the supply chain will be affected when the market demand coefficient and the fixed input coefficient change,thus summarizing the management supply chain suggestions.Through the research in this paper,on the one hand,it provides the basis for the logistics appliance related enterprises to implement the revenue decision in the green closed-loop supply chain management,and provides the theoretical basis for constructing the more efficient green closed-loop supply chain;on the other hand,for the government for logistics packaging,Provide theoretical support for the greening of the logistics equipment and other products,and consider the synergy between the government strategic layer and the enterprise operational layer decision-making in the process of greening logistics equipment.There are 26 figures,10 tables,and 77 reference papers. |
