In the 21st century,mankind has entered a new era,an era of knowledge and economic explosion,and an era of intense competition among talents.For enterprises,talent resources are undoubtedly one of the most valuable resources among many resources.Reasonable and effective talent development and training management can not only improve the quality of enterprise talents,enhance their own strength,but also greatly enhance their industry competiurgency of employee training,but they still face many problems in the actual operation processtiveness.Nowadays,more and more enterprises have realized the importance and,such as insufficient understanding of human resources training and development management,unclear training objectives and scope,chaotic training process,low employee enthusiasm,and training in form,and so on.Therefore,it is important to establish a system of staff training that is tailored to the actual needs of the company.This paper takes BF enterprises as the research object and studies the company’s staff training system,in order to provide relevant reference for other companies.In the process of research,this paper uses literature research,case studies,questionnaires and other research methods.Firstly,it reviews the theory of human resource training in enterprises,summarizes and analyzes the overall outline of the training system of enterprise employees,and expounds its development history and development status at home and abroad.Secondly,taking BF enterprises as an example,based on the enterprise background,on the basis of a large amount of data collection,the status quo and existing problems of BF enterprise staff training management system are deeply analyzed.Finally,combined with the enterprise training theory and the actual situation of BF enterprises,the enterprise staff training system is optimized and proposed,and reasonable suggestions and improvement measures are proposed.Clarify the basic ideas and methods of enterprise employee training system design,training system framework and process,analyze training needs from three perspectives of enterprise target strategy,organization and individual,establish training plan,guarantee training implementation,and learn from employees’learning level and response The four-dimensional assessment of the level,behavioral level and outcome level analyzes the training effectiveness.It is hoped that by further optimizing and perfecting the BF enterprise staff training system to continuously enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise,it will provide a strong driving force for the sustainable development of the enterprise,and also provide reference and help for the construction and optimization of the employee training system of other enterprises.
