Analysis On The Business Model Of Corporate Childcare In China

From 2016 onwards,China implemented a comprehensive two-child policy.It has become increasingly urgent to meet the demand for child care services.The lag in the child care service industry will not only increase the cost of care for the children's families,reduce their willingness to give birth,affect the implementation of the policy,but also cause the working women to quit their jobs to take care of the children.Therefore,it is imperative to solve the problem of child care for the children under 3 years old of dual career couples families in urban areas and support the birth policy.Based on the characteristics and development of the childcare service,this study proposes to solve the problem by establishing a model of enterprise care.Chapter 2 of this article expounds the basic concepts of business model,system composition and evaluation criteria.Chapter 3 analyzes the definition,characteristics and current situation of enterprise nursery model,and specifically analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats of enterprise nursery model.Chapter 4 analyzes the main problems existing in the mode of enterprise care and analyzes the causes of these problems.Other experiences can be used for reference.Chapter 5 lists the policies and characteristics of the urban nursery services in the developed areas:Japan,the United States,Singapore and Hong Kong.Chapter 6 draws on the practices of Shanghai and Guangzhou,which are the economically developed regions of China,lists the practices of Jingdong and Ctrip,and draws on the successful experiences of the developed countries.This study puts forward a few suggestions and solutions of promoting enterprise childcare services,from three dimentions of the policy level,the marketing level and the management level.
