In recent years,China’s economy has entered a stage of rapid growth, and the development of professional cooperatives of farmers and herdsmen has received increasing attention from the state. As a development bridge connecting fanners and market economy, farmers’ professional cooperatives play an important role in realizing the intensive, unified, agricultural industrialization and industrial upgrading of cooperative farmers.Compared with the agricultural area, the pastoral area is relatively remote from the urban area, and each household in the pastoral area is relatively scattered. The herdsmen are relatively single in terms of life and production methods. The pastoralists are affected by multiple factors, which will cause income instability, and the herdsmen join the cooperative.Building a platform for herders’ professional cooperatives, taking the leading role of pastoralists as the leading factor, giving full play to the leading role of cooperative demonstrations, which will help increase the income of herders and promote the economic development of pastoral areas.During the ten years of the promulgation and revision of the Law on Farmers’ Professional Cooperatives, although the development of cooperatives has received strong support from the government and relevant departments, there are still many problems in the development of cooperatives. The most concerned issue is the problem of surplus distribution of cooperatives. This paper takes surplus distribution as the entry point to study the influencing factors of surplus distribution of farmers and herdsmen’s professional cooperatives.Firstly, through combing the relevant literature on earnings distribution at home and abroad, and reviewing domestic and foreign literatures, based on stakeholder theory, collective action theory, property rights theory and income and distribution theory;secondly, combined with Tong Liao cooperative research data, farming and animal husbandry Industry Bureau and statistical yearbook data analyze the current situation of surplus distribution of fanners and herdsmen’s professional cooperatives in Tong Liao City, explore the factors affecting the surplus distribution of farmers and herdsmen’s professional cooperatives in Tong Liao City, and point out the problems of cooperatives in the distribution of surpluses.Third, adopt the main components. This paper analyzes the principal components of the nine variables in the structure of property rights, governance structure and management, and solves the problem of transforming high-information complexity indicators into information-independent indicators.Through the binary logistic model, the principal component factors after extraction are analyzed significantly. Finally, through the deep analysis of the problems existing in the surplus distribution,it is proposed that the cooperative should standardize the shareholding structure of the cooperative and enhance the cooperation culture;strengthen the management of the cooperative and build a complete The system;suggestions for improving the governance structure of cooperatives and achieving industrial upgrading.A perfect cooperative surplus distribution mechanism is conducive to safeguarding the interests of farmers and herdsmen and improving the enthusiasm of farmers and herdsmen,so as to achieve a double harvest of social and economic benefits and achieve the strategic goal of long-term development of cooperatives.
