In recent years,the domestic liquor enterprise competition is fierce,the homogenization phenomenon is serious.Highland barley liquor takes highland barley as raw material,occupies a certain share in the liquor market,and is the main grain product in high altitude areas.its unique processing raw material and brewing technology,as well as its characteristics of refreshing,roofless and mellow after drinking,are favored by more and more consumers.In this paper,the brand influence and existing problems of huaike liquor are analyzed objectively,and the influence of enterprise brand trust on traceability system is studied by means of investigation and analysis.Discuss the influence of the establishment of traceability system on the improvement of product brand trust and the improvement path.Product traceability system is a production control system that can track products forward,backward or not directionally.It is applicable to various types of processes and production control systems.Extension of the forward chain ensures product quality and safety,and inquiry of the reverse chain ensures clear responsibility for the problem.The essence of traceability is to realize the supervision of the whole process of products through records,and finally achieve:"the source can be known,the destination can be traced,the quality can be checked and the responsibility can be traced".The traceability system has the characteristics of quality control,which is conducive to forcing producers and operators to improve the awareness of safety responsibility,strengthen quality control management,and meet the requirements of consumers on product quality and safety.The traceability system has the characteristics of risk avoidance,which can effectively avoid the damage caused by fake and shoddy products to enterprise brands in the market,and also avoid the waste of marketing plans and promotion costs caused by the market channeling behaviors of individual dealers.The establishment of traceability system provides consumers with channels to understand production and circulation information,which is conducive to enhancing consumers' perception of brand products and establishing the trust relationship between enterprises and consumers.This trust relationship ensures that consumers continue to buy enterprise products,forming the enterprise's continuous brand influence.Through the promotion of enterprise brand influence,precision marketing is finally achieved to improve market share,ensure the quality and reputation of its products in the international market,enhance enterprise brand and international competitiveness,and create a new round of growth point of brand competitive advantage.
