E Rural Commercial Bank Development Strategy Research

As a pillar local financial institution in E city,rural commercial banks have contributed a lot to the economic prosperity of E city.With the rapid economic development in rural areas in recent years,many state-owned banks and private banks have entered the local financial market and hope to share a piece of pie.With the fierce competition in the financial market and the slowdown in global economic growth,the challenges faced by small and medium-sized joint-stock banks such as E Rural Commercial Bank include not only external threats to business development,but also development pressures from the internal environment.It is urgent for E Rural Commercial Bank to formulate an enterprise development strategy suitable for the current financial market environment.In this paper,E rural commercial banks are selected as the research object.On the basis of studying the domestic and foreign research documents on the strategic management of agricultural commercial banks and summarizing the relevant research results at present,PEST analysis method is used to analyze the external environmental factors such as political laws,macro-economy,technological environment and social environment faced by E rural commercial banks.When analyzing the internal advantages and disadvantages of E rural commercial banks,SWOT model is used.At the same time,by comparing and analyzing the development strategies of other banks in the region,the industry environment in which e rural commercial banks are located is clarified,the current development strategy of e rural commercial banks is studied and formulated,and strategic implementation safeguard measures are taken from the aspects of bank organizational reform,scientific and technological support,cultural construction,performance evaluation,risk control and so on,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the formulated strategy.Through a systematic and all-round research on the development strategy of E rural commercial bank,combining the management theory of enterprise development strategy with the bank's operation practice,the development strategy suggestions and measures proposed by E rural commercial bank will play a very good reference and support role for the long-term development of E rural commercial bank in the future,and will also promote the steady development of E city's economic society and financial market.
