Research On The Financing Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Small And Medium-sized Agricultural Enterprises

In order to study the financing behavior of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises in the development of agricultural economy,further promote the upgrading of agricultural industry and respond to the "three rural issues" that the state esteems,it is one of the goals that the academia and local governments attach great importance to at present.Although in recent years,local governments have issued some policies to benefit farmers and the people,which provide certain conditions for the financing of a small number of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises.But in essence,small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises have natural disadvantage and capital profitability.The construction of agricultural financial system is not yet perfect.Many enterprises still need funds urgently,and financing difficulties still exist.This paper is based on the relevant content,referring to the relevant experience of other scholars on financing of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises,this paper first combs the ideas of small and medium-sized agricultural company and enterprise financing,and then summarizes the relevant theories,which supplys some theoretical support for the following analysis.Secondly,the current financing situation and difficulties of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises are analyzed;then,the influencing factors of financing capacity of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises are empirically analyzed with the help of SPSS software by means of econometric analysis;then,through case analysis,the relevant data of financing of Hebei Runjie Agricultural Company are obtained through on-the-spot investigation,and the financing capacity,difficulties and causes are analyzed.At length,from the actual situation of the company,it is suggested that the company should broaden financing channels,strengthen corporate management in an all-round way,build a good relationship between banks and enterprises,strive for relevant support from banks,and build a good relationship between government and enterprises,strive for government security and financial support.Promote other similar small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises to better handle financing difficulties,and promote the progress of the agricultural economy.
