Research On Project Management Application Of A Provincial Mobile Compan’s "Business Tax Replaced With VAT"

With the transformation of telecom operators from traditional telecom service providers to integrated information service providers,the requirements for business system development are becoming higher and higher.More effective measures are needed to improve the management level of system development projects.As a company in the telecommunication industry,the mobile company of A province also has some difficulties in the system development project.It needs to seek solutions with the help of modern project management methods.In this paper,a case study of the "Business Tax Replaced with VAT" project of Mobile A Province is taken as an example,aiming at the problems and shortcomings in the management of A province development project,combining the theoretical knowledge of project management and related research results,focusing on human resources management,scope management and progress management,which are more prominent in the development of A province mobile.This paper analyses the causes of the problems from the aspects of risk management and quality management,puts forward the methods of improving management or standardizing the process of management,and draws some conclusions through the refinement of practice and the further study of theory.The conclusion of this paper is expected to have a certain reference value for the future implementation of operator system development projects.
