Restrictive Factors And Countermeasures For Operation Of Investment Funds In Agricultural Characteristic Towns

Agricultural characteristic towns have become a shortcut in the construction of characteristic towns.The characteristic industries choose difficult towns to move closer to agricultural characteristic towns.The development of most small towns in China is lack of power.At present,the efficiency of the allocation of financial resources in our country is still not high,the main body of agricultural finance is the state-owned bank,and the investment and financing of agriculture related enterprises depend on the bank loan to survive.Through the focus of the agricultural industry and the building of its characteristics,the urbanization of China can develop in a balanced way,and the contradiction between supply and demand of funds is increasingly prominent and the growth of agricultural investment is lacking.Based on the characteristics and growth mechanism of the characteristic agricultural town,this paper,based on the characteristics and the growth mechanism of the characteristic agricultural town,analyzes the development of the investment fund of the agricultural characteristic town on the basis of the previous research results and from the perspective of the main body of the industrial investment fund.Factors,draw on domestic and foreign agricultural characteristics of small town investment fund literature,explore the operation of agricultural characteristics of small towns obstacles analysis and countermeasures.On this basis,the characteristics,investment efficiency and capital sources of agricultural characteristic towns are analyzed and studied to provide scientific and reasonable decision-making basis and method for the development of characteristic agricultural towns.On the basis of widely absorbing and drawing lessons from the existing research theories and practical experiences at home and abroad,this paper defines and analyzes the development status of the agricultural characteristic small town investment fund in our country,and probes into the problems and Countermeasures of introducing investment fund in the field of agriculture.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the concept of agricultural investment fund,emphasizes that the development of the agricultural characteristic small town investment fund needs to improve the capital market and reduce the risk of agricultural investment as the main means,and emphasizes the importance of the government policy support.
