In 2014,the State Council promulgated Several Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Modern Insurance Services,which clearly mentioned many important plans of the insurance industry in the process of reform.It makes the insurance industry improve its status.As the key support of China's economic development process,the insurance industry is in an important position.In 2007,Taiping Life Insurance Co.,Ltd.Shanxi Branch was established,and in 2008,the Renewal Department was established.In recent years,with the increase of renewal costs and the number of parts,the HR cost has also increased.Although Taiping Life is one of the top ten state-owned enterprises in China,at the stage of rapid development,problems also arise,such as structural problems such as insufficient incentives,which further increases the cost of human resources.Starting from the theoretical level of transaction costs,this paper will analyze the incentive salary mode and explain in detail the situation of increasing human costs and continuing field manpower in various branches of Shanxi Province,using the continuing Commissioner team of Taiping Life Shanxi Branch as the research object.Moreover,this paper combines the goal of Shanxi extension line of Taiping Life Insurance Company with incentive compatibility theory,gives specific plans for different forms of branches,and provides the company with appropriate incentive structure to determine the staff and human cost improvement methods.Further study the actual situation of Taiping Life's continuation commissioner's manpower and salary structure,and put forward the improvement plan.At the same time,hope to play a practical guiding role in Shanxi Taiping Life Branch,or even the whole industry-related incentive structure reform.
