With the deepening and improvement of China's reform and opening up and market economic policies,the activities of the capital market are increasingly active.Company listing,merger and reorganization,equity transfer and other economic activities are very common.The continuous development of big data,intelligence,mobile Internet technology,Internet of things,blockchain and other technologies and their applications has promoted the transformation of business models and even the whole society.With the continuous development of computer science and technology and capital market,and the increasingly close integration of computer science,statistics,mathematics,accounting,finance and other disciplines,information technology is gradually applied in the field of investment to analyze,predict and trade stock prices.In this context,how to finance subject combined with computer technology,make full use of the major of computer science data,intelligent technical analysis of financial data,help evaluate personnel to understand the information of financial data to evaluate personnel easy to accept and grasp knowledge of information and graphic data,provide convenient valuation tools for assessment personnel,company valuation process performed by the computer automatically,alternatives to traditional human brain analysis and artificial,improved by man's subjective experience,cognitive deviation caused by factors such as the evaluation results distortion problem.On this basis,a set of intelligent and visual valuation analysis system of listed companies is designed.First of all,through the way of reading literature,this paper studied the theory of the valuation of listed companies,and then studied the computer visualization,intelligent technology,based on the analysis of the listed company valuation analysis of the structure of the financial analysis and valuation analysis module in the system,the design and implementation,combined with analysis of the valuation process,A company listed valuation analysis are summarized in need of information system to solve problems,summarizes the valuation analysis of the general requirements of information system.And then with A company as an example,the valuation of listed company financial index analysis system automatically generated,financial indicators,the visualization technology,which is the basis of the analysis results show to discuss the valuation system of listed company structure,financial analysis and valuation analysis function of the intelligent way to accomplish this,the application result in specific business scenarios,etc.......
