Research On Technical Guidance Of Modern Agricultural Development Under The Concept Of Green Development

Global green agriculture has quietly emerged to solve environmental problems such as groundwater pollution,soil loss and ecological damage in agricultural production since the 1990 s,and this new type of modern agricultural production model was developed by the scientists to overcome the conflict between men and nature.In 2015,the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee proposed the “Five Development Concepts” including green development: innovation,coordination,green,openness,sharing.The 19 th report of 2017 puts forward that the construction of ecological civilization is the millennium of the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.So modern agriculture is based on green development as the essence of agricultural production,and science and technologies are the core driving force,and become the bridge to communicate green development theory and modern agricultural production practice.The paper expounds the historical origin and basic meaning of the concept of green development,and summarizes the technical characteristics of different agricultural stages by tracing the historical changes of primitive agriculture,traditional agriculture and modern agriculture,and the ecological relationship between people and nature in agricultural changes are analyzed,therefore green agriculture is the main form and inevitability of modern agricultural development.According to the main objectives pursued by modern agriculture: high yield,high quality and high efficiency,the scientific and technological needs of modern agricultural development and the technical guidelines of green concepts under different pursuit goals are analyzed and included.Meanwhile,the main functions pursued by modern agriculture: production supply,living and leisure and eco-environmental protection are analyzed,so the technical guidelines for scientific technology and green production required by modern agricultural development are respectively clarified.Finally,the contradictions between development ideas and practical practices,the contradictions between modern agriculture and traditional agriculture,the contradictions between technology communication and technology absorption are conducted.According to the causes of contradictions and the status of agricultural production practices,relevant countermeasures for resolving contradictions have been proposed from the aspects of national policies and regulations,transformation of scientific research results,comprehensive systems of agricultural services.The studies on the modern agriculture scientific and technological needs areconducted to deeply combine the development of modern green agricultural,the inherent requirement and trend of the green agriculture are disclaimed by applying the green development concept,the study would be beneficial for agricultural modernization and provides reference for China’s modern agricultural development research.
