Since the reform and opening up in 1978,China's economy has maintained a rapid increase,which has greatly improved people's lives.However,due to the influence and constraints of various reasons,along with the rapid development,many problems have emerged,especially the problem of excessive income gap is becoming more and more serious.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is China's third urban economic circle.The state attaches great importance to its development,but Beijimg-Tianjim-Hebei has not played its due role in economic aggregate or development.The ro!e of internal economic development imbalance has hindered the pace of regional integration,so this paper analyzes the problem of large wage income gap in the perspective of coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.In the calculation of the wage income gap,the Theil entropy index which can be decormposed is used,and the contribution rate between the inter-group gap and the intra-group gap to the overall wage income gap is found.Then,based on the experience of successful development in the Yangtze River Delta region,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei The development problem has been studied,and the reasons for the large gap in wage income in the Beijing-Tianjim-Hebei region have been analyzed from the three aspects of industrial structure differences,one-way flow of talent flow and unfair distributioa.The reasons for the large wage income gap in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are analyzed,and some measures and suggestions for adjustment or change are put forward according to each influencing factor.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first paper chapter briefly introduces the wage income and the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,summarizes the research results of wage incole zat home and abroad,and clarifies the analysis methods,innovations and shortcomings of this paper.The second chapter defines the concept of wage income,and then combs combed the mainstream school theory about wage income,and summarizes their definition of wage and the aeterminants of wage income.Finally,it is deteraiinecd that the wage income gap should be nirther analyzed based on Marx's wage theory.In the third,the evolution of China's wage system in summarized in chronological order,and then the current situation of wage income gap between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is calculated and analyzed.The wage income gap between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the Yangtze River Delta is calculated by using the Theil Entropy Index and its decomposition index.The comparison shows that the inter-group gap in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is the main cause of wage income gap.Because the wage income gap in the Yangtze River Delta is smaller than that in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,this paper summarizes the relevant experience of industrial structure and talent flow in the Yangtze River Delta,which provides a reference for the analysis of Beijing-Tiaiijm-Hebei.The fourth chapter discusses the problems existing in the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from three aspects:the difference of industrial structure,the uneven flow of talents and the unfair initial distribution,and how these three aspects lead to the widening of the wage income gap.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and suggestion.In order to narrow the wage income gap between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,it is necessary to adjust the industrial stnucture,promote the flow of talents and strengthen the redistribution role.Only in this way can the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei be promoted faster and better.
