In recent years,China's economy has been affected by the world economy,the financial market has changed greatly,and the development model has become more and more,which has increased the competitive pressure of the securities market to a certain extent.For this reason,if securities companies want to improve their competitiveness and become outstanding in the industry,they should not only improve their business level,but also track and understand their customers' needs,so as to be customer-centered,change their working ideas,constantly innovate their products,keep pace with the times,and even lead their customers' needs,so as to enable them to have more product choices.Industry develops faster and longer.This paper focuses on the Fed Securities as the research object,first of all,to find out the internal situation of the enterprise,have a full understanding,from the company's customer service management level to analyze whether the customer demand relationship matches,so as to better meet customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.Then,according to the customer's satisfaction,a comprehensive evaluation system is constructed,and the system is used to evaluate the customer's satisfaction effectively.Different evaluation indexes are scored.Questionnaires are also needed to find out where the customer is unsatisfied and what factors are unsatisfactory.Then,on the basis of these problems,the symptoms are prescribed,and the problems can be pointed and face-to-face.Let the company's customer level continue to improve,and establish a sound customer satisfaction service system.This paper starts with the following aspects:Firstly,it studies the company's customer satisfaction,finds cut the existing problems,then makes a comprehensive analysis,sets corresponding scores according to different evaluation indicators and the degree of customer attention,and then finds out the reasons according to the problems,so as to ensure the feasibility of the formulation of measures and make the customers more satisfied.The main research methods adopted in this paper are interviews,questionnaires and so on.In order to effectively use these two methods,various data are collected from different levels,so as to effectively apply them to practice,so as to enhance the practicability of research methods.In the specific research,through consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad,we can see many cases similar to the content of this study.At the same time,we can use experts to analyze the problems of demonstration.Then,based on the actual operation of the company,we can make a comprehensive evaluation of the customer satisfaction evaluation system,so that the weight of the evaluation index is more reasonable,and finally build an evaluation model.It can be used effectively in future customer satisfaction evaluation.In order to make the weight of customer satisfaction index more reasonable,this paper uses evaluation research method to study,and uses relevant calculation formula to calculate customer satisfaction.In order to ensure the overall development of customer satisfaction survey,the business of securities companies is analyzed and evaluated from both positive and negative aspects,so as to make the improvement measures more effective.
