As a pattern for organizations and individuals to solve practical problems online by using knowledge and skills of the public in the social network,crowdsourcing has been developed to a certain extent.Crowdsourcing platform is a bridge for communication,interaction and transaction between the employers and the outsourcees,and plays an important role in crowdsourcing.With the development of all kinds of crowdsourcing platforms,more and more outsourcees are involved in crowdsourcing activities,but in fact,existing crowdsourcing platforms have a serious problem of staff turnover,and in fact,no matter from the perspective of benefits or costs,the key to the long-term development of the platform is to maintain the enthusiasm and loyalty of the existing outsources.The participation of the outsourcees in crowdsourcing can be divided into two stages: initial participation and continuous participation,and this paper focuses on the impact of the outsourcees' continuous participation intention after engaging in task.Fistly,the perceived value,perceived risk and satisifaction variables are introduced based on the expectancy confirmation theory and the perception-emotion-intention model,Perceived value is a cognitive assessment of whether the outsourcee meets the needs after participating in the crowdsourcing,and perceived risk is the uncertainty and possibility of adverse consequences perceived by the solvers after participating in crowdsourcing activities.Through the perception of value and risk,the solver will have an emotional response that will affect the willingness to continue to participate;secondly,according to the information system success model,system quality and service quality variables are introduced to explore the impact of quality elements of crowdsourcing platform on the emotional and behavioral intention of the outsourcees.In addition,the trust within the crowdsourcing platform is not only the basis of interactive communication,but also the key to encourage and retain the outsourcees,therefore,this study also introduces the trust variable as an important factor for discussion.According to the literature and relevant theories,this study took perceived value,perceived risk,system quality and service quality as the pre-dependent variables affecting the continuous participation intention of the outsourcees,and took satisfaction and trust as the intermediate variables,to construct the theoretical modeland conduct hypothesis testing and analysis.Data of the outsourcees in 680.com were collected through questionnaire survey,and SPSS22.0 and AMOS21.0 analysis software were used to test and analyze the reliability,validity,correlation and hypothesis of the samples.The research results show that perceived value,system quality and service quality have a positive impact on the outsourcees' satisfaction,trust and continuous participation intention,and perceived risk has a negative impact on the client's satisfaction,trust and continuous participation intention,and satisfaction and trust positively affect the continuous participation intention of crowdsourcing Finally,according to the research results,this study also proposes some management inspirations and research prospect for the crowdsourcing platform to encourage the continuous participation of the outsourcees and improve their loyalty.
