At the end of December 2017,the three food enterprises in Beijing carried out a joint reorganization,explicitly proposing that the new company should improve the whole industry chain of the capital food "from the field to the table",effectively enhance the capital's food supply capacity,and make every effort to ensure food safety.Under the background of the upgrading of Chinese residents' food consumption,the upgrading of agricultural products industry and the grim food safety form,the whole industry chain model was first put forward by Cofco Group.This model can be traced back to the realization of agricultural products.Ensuring food safety and hygiene plays an important role.Under the background of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises,the state-owned enterprises gradually implement the three-level management system of "SASAC-state-owned assets management company-state-owned enterprises and holding enterprises",and constantly strengthen the management mode of control and control.We will gradually promote the deepening of reform and opening-up and promote the high-quality development of enterprises.SASAC also plans to use the first Agricultural Food Group as the second pilot unit of Beijing State-owned Capital Investment Corporation.Therefore,the author will study the capital allocation efficiency of Sunlon Group from the aspect of the whole industry chain strategy.Since the external capital market is not controlled by enterprises,it will start with the allocation of internal capital to study Sunlon Group.Through the research of the key enterprises,this paper reveals the allocation efficiency of the internal capital market under the strategy of the whole industry chain by taking a peek at the leopard,and adds new cases for the research in this direction.For the first Agricultural Food Group,its internal capital allocation is more perfect,but its internal capital market operating platform started late,the development is not mature.As an effective carrier of internal capital allocation,the group should further strengthen the construction of the platform,reduce the cost of enterprise capital and enhance the value of enterprises through the aggregation of internal idle funds and the effective investment of surplus funds.
