Research On Performance Evaluation Of Tsingtao Brewery Corporate Social Responsibility

The concept of introducing corporate social responsibility in China is relatively late.The events of longevity biological vaccine,clenbuterol and waste oil in recent years are enough to show the lack and disregard of corporate social responsibility practices.The discussion on social responsibility has also been around for a long time.With the release of authoritative reports such as ISO26000 and GRI4.0,enterprises have some understanding of social responsibility.Therefore,enterprises have begun to focus on economic growth and focus on social responsibility.How to create good profits while fulfilling social responsibilities and achieving long-term sustainable development is of great significance to enterprises.Because food safety hazards are receiving more and more attention,it is very important for food companies to fulfill their corporate social responsibilities under the guidance of national policies.This paper first refers to relevant literature journals and theories about social responsibility and social responsibility performance at home and abroad,and identifies stakeholders in all aspects of Tsingtao Brewery.Taking Tsingtao Brewery as a case sample,a mathematical model of corporate social responsibility evaluation index system consisting of 24 indicators including environmental,government and community,unit water consumption and unit coal consumption,and Tsingtao Brewery Co.,Ltd.Using entropy method combined with EXCEL software to calculate the entropy of 7 aspects of corporate social performance and 24 indicators,and obtain the comprehensive score of the company's social responsibility performance from 2008 to2017,and draw a line chart of these 7 aspects and comprehensive scores.A ten-year vertical trend analysis of Tsingtao Beer's social responsibility performance.The results show that environmental performance of social responsibility is good,but it still needs to be controlled from several other aspects in order to better fulfill the social responsibility commitment to stakeholders.Afterwards,the author reviews the practical level of corporate social responsibility and finds out its problems.He finds the advantages and disadvantages of Tsingtao Brewery in terms of social responsibility performance,and analyzes some of the poor aspects based on the results obtained.Finally,for the previous analysis,a targeted improvement advice is given.
