Research On Coupling And Coordination Of Infrastructure And Regional Economy In Shaanxi Province

Infrastructure is the booster of regional economic development and plays an important role in promoting regional economic growth and reducing poverty.In the process of regional economic development,backward infrastructure construction will bring about a series of social problems,resulting in low economic efficiency,reduced total economic volume,and backward regional economy,which will also lead to inability to provide funds for infrastructure construction,thus affecting infrastructure.The level and quality of service,how to maintain the sound and rapid development of regional economy in infrastructure construction,is related to the coupling and coordination between infrastructure and regional economy.The paper follows the following research ideas:(1)Analyzing the concepts related to infrastructure and regional economy;(2)Analyzing the coupling mechanism between infrastructure and regional economy and revealing its function principle;(3)Using panel data of Shaanxi and Shaanxi counties(cities and districts),basing on the objective environment and development status of each county(cities and districts),and evolving its infrastructure and regional economic development pattern.At the same time,we use the coupling coordination model to measure the coordination of infrastructure and regional economy in Shaanxi and Shaanxi counties(cities,districts),and explore the coupling and coordination relationship between them.(4)We use spatial statistics method to summarize the spatial distribution law of infrastructure and regional economy,and forecast the development trend of coupling degree and coupling coordination degree.Suggestions and measures are put forward to promote the coordinated development of infrastructure and regional economy in Shaanxi Province.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The development level of infrastructure in Shaanxi and Shaanxi counties(cities and districts)shows a steady growth trend,but the gap of infrastructure development level in each county(cities and districts)has a further trend of expansion.The spatial distribution of infrastructure development generally forms a pattern of middle high,north-south low,and presents a low-high-low feature from north to south;(2)The development level of infrastructure in Shaanxi and Shaanxi counties(cities and districts)shows a trend of further expansion.)The regional economic development of Shaanxi Province is in the rising stage,the gap of regional economic development level among counties(cities and districts)is narrowing,the regional economic development level in the northeast and west of northern Shaanxi Province is better,the regional economic development level in the southwest and central core areas of Guanzhong Region is better,and the southern Shaanxi Province is in the backward level as a whole;(3)the infrastructure and regional economy of Shaanxi Province The economic coupling stage belongs to the running-in stage,the coupling degree of each county(city,district)has little difference,the coupling situation is relatively stable,the coupling coordination degree is on the rising trend,and the difference of the coupling coordination degree of each county(city,district)is decreasing;(4)The spatial layout of the coupling coordination degree of infrastructure and regional economy of each county(city,district)in Shaanxi Province has a positive spatial autocorrelation,showing a positive spatial correlation.The phenomenon of spatial convergence appears.
