People’s quality of life has been greatly improved in the context of the international market with increasingly developed economic globalization and integration trends.In terms of broadband operation,Mobile entered the fixed broadband network business in 2013.Broadband operation faces competition from Telecom,China Unicom and other Internet competing products.Without effective service marketing strategy,it is difficult for enterprises to improve their core competitiveness and establish a competitive advantage.This paper combines relevant theories with the current status of QZ mobile broadband service marketing capabilities,and analyzes the results according to the current situation,aiming to propose improvements to the service marketing capability strategy of QZ mobile broadband industry,thereby improving QZ mobile broadband services in the market.The competitiveness of the broadband business in the QZ broadband market share,to increase the visibility of the QZ mobile broadband business market,and increase the income of broadband services.The paper has practical significance for QZ Mobile to build a broadband service system and enhance the advantages of broadband service marketing capabilities.This paper applies service marketing theory,brand theory,customer relationship theory and other related research theories.Based on the analysis of internal and external environment of QZ mobile,this paper analyzes the current status of QZ mobile broadband service marketing,and then explores QZ mobile in broadband business.The existing advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and other threats put forward the future development strategy of QZ Mobile.Through in-depth research on questionnaires,field research,and various indicators,we found out the problems of the company’s operational management,operational support capabilities,marketing models and service models.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes targeted improvement measures from four aspects: one is to sort out the management process and improve the assessment management;the second is to improve the system support and improve the internal service efficiency;the third is to improve the marketing model and enhance the service marketing competition.The fourth is to optimize the service model and create a quality service brand.Finally,in order to guarantee the service marketing capability of QZ mobile broadband,a series of safeguard measures have been introduced to ensure the management and improvement of business processes and broadband service quality.
