Research On Business Model Improvement Of SQ Sports Clothing Company

As a traditional industry,sports leisure garment industry is also an essential industry for people's life.In the last few years,the traditional sports leisure garment industry has experienced the pain of transformation and upgrading.However,with the gradual change of the state's encouragement of the real economy and people's life style,the sports leisure garment industry is facing a new opportunity of development.This paper is just on this background to analyze the typical cases of sports leisure garment industry,so as to make the case companies stand out in the market through the opportunity of transformation and upgrading,which is the main objective of this paper.This paper mainly studies the domestic and international clothing industry and enterprise business mode,analyzes the external environment of the SQ company's politics,economy,social culture,technology and industry environment,and analyzes the value chain and core competitiveness of the internal environment of the SQ company.Combined with the environment of SQ company,this paper makes a deep research on the current situation of SQ company by means of system analysis,case analysis and field investigation,and analyzes the current situation of SQ company's business model by using the six elements model of Wei Zhu,and finds out the problems of SQ company's business model.On the basis of the above,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to get the direction and key points of the SQ business model,which provides the basis for the improvement of the following business model.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions and measures from the aspects of company location,business system,key resources capability,profit mode,cash flow and enterprise value,and puts forward that SQ company can improve its own business mode by establishing a comprehensive service platform based on "sports and leisure equipment production and customized comprehensive service",and optimizes its related trading subjects.In order to ensure the feasibility of the scheme,the author also compares and analyzes the new and old business model of SQ Company through the commercial canvas method,and proves the feasibility and operability of the new business model.In addition,in order to ensure the successful implementation of the improvement plan,the author puts forward the implementation guarantee plan for the improvement of the business model of the company according to the records of the discussion and interview with the senior level of the SQ company,mainly on the company capital guarantee,the organization adjustment,the employee structure optimization and the performance examination.On the one hand,I hope to put forward some feasible suggestions for the improvement of SQ's business model.On the other hand,we also hope to provide the improvement plan and thought for the enterprises in the same trade.
