The CSRC public information shows that in recent years,the China Securities Regulatory Commission's public information shows that in recent years,China's financial fraud practices have been extensive,the amount of fraud and the impact of fraud have been profound.In addition,as the pillar industry in the development of China's national economy,the real estate industry is closely related to People's daily life,therefore,in order to protect the vital interests of investors according to law,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze the cases of financial fraud of real estate listed companies.Through the deep analysis of the outbreak process of the financial fraud case of the listed company Kaisa,and the game of the related parties,the paper analyzes the fraud motivation and the three various hidden methods used in the practice of fraud based on the five elements of risk factor theory.Using the financial fraud model of listed companies in line with the basic situation of China's market-C-score model to identify the possibility of financial fraud in Kaisa in 2014,and using the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis method can be used to analyze the signs of the earnings management of Kaisa,such as the ratio method,trend analysis method and structural analysis method,in order to identify deviations from expected indicator data or find other anomalies,finally get the specific financial fraud prevention and governance plan for the five elements of risk factor theory.Targeted financial fraud motivation designed to strengthen the integrity of moral construction,create a virtuous circle of financing to control individual risk factors,at the same time,based on the company's internal control perspective,external independent third-party perspective and government supervision,the corresponding schemes for improving the internal control system,strengthening the audit supervision function,and improving relevant laws and regulations to control the general risk factors are designed.After a complete logical framework of Kaisa 's financial fraud case study,it is expected that the organic integration of academic theory and real-life cases can be realized,and it is helpful to identity signs of fraud in the listed company and prevent the occurrence of such fraudulent incidents to maintain the good order of our country stock market.
