With the advancement of science and technology and the development of modernization, the space for profitability of modern logistics has become larger and larger, and the rationalization of logistics has become more and more widely appreciated by people. In the process of transporting vehicles at the end of distribution, the high transportation costs, vehicle exhaust pollution, and environmental pollution caused by waste are also becoming increasingly serious. In order to better solve these problems,it is of positive practical significance to properly plan the vehicle route problem from the perspective of economic benefits and environmental benefits. The traditional vehicle routing problem is mainly focused on the research of one-way logistics distribution model, which considers the forward distribution and the reverse recovery separately. The bidirectional logistics vehicle routing problem studied in this paper is to study forward logistics and reverse logistics as a whole.Through the analysis of the issues related to bidirectional logistics,it is found that the idea of integrating the positive and the reverse logistics is in line with the actual situation, which can avoid the situations of no-load and repeated transportation in the return and departure process of traditional vehicle routing problems.Based on the concept of "dual cost" and bidirectional logistics, this paper constructs the "dual cost" mathematical model of bidirectional logistics vehicle routing problem. The "dual cost" in the mathematical model includes transportation costs and environmental costs. The transportation cost mainly considers the distance factors that affect the maximum transportation cost. The environmental cost takes into account the carbon emission costs of logistics packaging and vehicle transportation. The carbon emission cost comprehensively takes into account the model, load, and distance factors, and makes a qualitative analysis of the improvement measures for recycling logistics packaging.According to the research problems and the characteristics of the model,a corresponding genetic algorithm was designed to solve the problem.Use the test data of the core journals for calculation verification, compare the results obtained with the results of the core journals, and compare and analyze the results of path optimization under the one-way logistics and two-way logistics distribution modes; Objectives, the optimization path results under the three mathematical models with the goal of minimizing carbon emission costs and the goal of minimizing “double costs”.The planning results show that the genetic algorithm and the model built in this paper are effective and feasible.Studying from the perspective of "dual cost" can not only reduce the transportation costs of logistics companies, but also increase the economic benefits attached to the recycling logistics package, and reduce the environmental pollution caused by vehicle transportation and logistics packaging.
