At present,most of organizations depend on teamwork to achieve task;through the interaction between team members,it will advance individual's skill and creativity,and further improve team creativity according to multi resource.Clearly,fine psychological contract promotes the relationship among team members,team members will more willing to engage in the job and activity,and finally contribute to the team performance.However,when employee perceives inequity and unfair treatment,or become aware of the gap between the organization has promised and employee actually has received,the relationship between employer and employee will become unbalanced.Thus,it produces psychological contract violation.from social exchange theory and social shared cognitive theory perspective,this article explores the relationship between team member psychological contract violation and team creativity,treat task conflict and shared leadership as two mediators,and develop a new theoretical model of team creativity.We improve the questionnaire and design a new scale base on the scale provided by the foreign scholars.This questionnaire was collected from several large company and contains 89 team and 639 team members.Then,using SPSS22.0 software to conduct a correlation analysis and regression analysis between the relationship of team member psychological contract violation and team creativity;after that,examining the mediation of task conflict and shared leadership.Lastly,we provide suggestion of team member psychological contract for managers based on the conclusion.This article comes to a conclusion:(1)Team member psychological contract violation is positively relate to task conflict.(2)Team member psychological contract violation is negatively relate to shared leadership.(3)Task conflict is negatively relate to team creativity.(4)Shared leadership is positively relate to team creativity.(5)The relationship between team member psychological contract violation and team creativity is mediated by task conflict and shared leadership.This article's practical implication educates managers to aware of the dark side of team psychological contract,which causes damage to team creativity.
