| The development of the society and the user’s demand diversity make designers need to conduct extensive research about customer,including user behavior,motivation,and then explore the needs of users.Most user research methods are qualitative research,with a lot of subjectivity,there is also a weakness of less samples,difficulty in continuous tracking user behavior.At the same time,the traditional method of user research relies heavily on the experience of researchers.In addition,in the process of product development for enterprise users,it is difficult to find and contact typical users,and user data is difficult to obtain.That are the common pain points in enterprise users research.Nowadays,the use of network data for user modeling are widespread in the computer field and popular in the field of consumer slowly,how to draw lessons from the existing user modeling method and process and apply to design in the field of user modeling are need us focus on,one of the difficulties in this topic is how to build a bridges between data and the user modeling in design,useing data to depict the user profile to be more perfect.Therefore,on the basis of user modeling relevant theory,I combine the related practice in the filed of computing,consumer and design to proposed the data-driven user model construction method and process.At the same time,through the study of traditional market segmentation theory,consumer psychology behavior theory,theory of life form,value theory,personality theory and persona in the user research field,I sort out enterprise user segmentation variables,finally constructs the enterprise user characteristics system.This system can effectively support the further user research about initial user model based on data analysis,and get the final user model,to support next step of the design and development. |
