With the popularity and rapid development of the Internet,Internet finance has strongly impacted the traditional financial industry. In the context of the trend of Internet finance, traditional commercial banks have begun to vigorously develop e-banking services in response to the impact of Internet finance and compete for the market. This is both a challenge and an opportunity. In such an environment,e-banking is a concrete manifestation of Internet finance in banks and an important way for bank transformation. In recent years, commercial banks have begun to pay more attention to credit risks, and their risk control has become more stringent.Banks' control over credit risk can reduce the bank's bad debts and improve the financial environment, which is of great value. This paper will study the impact of e-banking on credit risk, and try to quantify e-banking to influence bank credit risk through various intermediary variables, and make recommendations for bank risk management and e-banking management.Based on the background of internet finance, this paper sorts out the relevant literature on e-banking,selects the credit risk measurement model-KMV model suitable for this paper, and combs the relevant literature on the study of credit risk with KMV model. In order to further study the impact of e-banking on credit risk, the conduction effect analysis was added, and the two aspects were analyzed to determine the conduction variables. The later research combined with the conduction variables for empirical analysis. Then, the default distance is calculated by KMV model, and the panel data regression is carried out to study the influence of the development of e-banking business on the bank credit risk level. Finally, based on the results of the study,a reasonable policy recommendations were made.Through the quantitative analysis of this paper,it is found that the e-banking business does have a significant impact on the bank credit risk, and the e-banking business has a significant impact on the mediation variables.Through the mediation effect analysis model,it is found that the electronic banking business has a positive impact on the bank credit risk through the direct path, and also has a positive impact on the bank credit risk through the indirect path.According to the previous research and research, combined with the situation of China's banks,it provides suggestions for how Chinese banks should deal with Internet finance and manage e-banking risks. The innovation of this paper is that, based on the current big data environment and the development of internet finance, the related model is established to describe the relationship between e-banking and traditional commercial banks, and the mediating effect of e-banking on credit risk is analyzed. The empirical variables were used to verify the mediation variables. It also expands the factors affecting traditional credit risk, and expands the Internet finance business-electronic banking business developed in the era into the research framework of traditional credit risk.
