Research On Credit Enhancement Of China's Asset-backed Security

In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China's economy has developed at a high speed,and enterprises have increased the demand of.Under the background that traditional financing methods are difficult to meet the financing needs of enterprises,the use of asset-backed securities for financing has been adopted and accepted by the market.Credit enhancement,as an important part of asset backed securitization,is of great significance to the medium-sized and small enterprises.Under the background of domestic credit enhancement research shortage,researching credit enhancement can not only enrich the research,but also provide reference for practical operation.In view of this,this paper uses the case to analyze its credit enhancement with relevant theories.The full text is divided into five parts: The first part is introduction.The second part is a literature review.The third part introduces the case.The fourth part is case analysis.The fifth part is the conclusion of this case and suggestions.This case uses five methods of credit enhancement.The measures have played an important role in enhance the credit rating,but there are still some problems.The unbalanced development of internal and external credit enhancement,the imperfect of relevant laws,the lack of professional credit institutions and the immature credit rating system are all the reasons.In view of the existing problems,we can enhance the use of internal credit enhancement.For external credit enhancement,we can employ professional third-party guarantee institutions.There are some the innovations of this paper.First,this paper is innovative interms of the research on credit enhancement in China,which is based on the case.Second,the case is special.
