Since the "Belt and Road" initiative was put forward by China, according to "Belt and Road" big data report(2018),the proportion of positive emotions of global public opinion on "Belt and Road" has also increased from 16.5% in 2013 to 23.7% at the end of 2017.First,the Party Central Committee attaches great importance to the strategic concepts of the "New Silk Road Economic Belt" and the "21st Century Maritime Silk Road".Second, many countries along "Belt and Road" have old infrastructure, which is seriously obstructed. Therefore, the "Belt and Road" countries are highly representative of the countries studying China's OFDI,and can represent the trend of China's OFDI to a great extent.Based on the 2009-2017 panel data of 33 countries along "Belt and Road",the innovation is to divide countries into two categories and six sub-categories for analysis. On the one hand, the samples are divided into developed countries, underdeveloped countries and full sample countries. On the other hand, the samples are divided into Southeast Asia and South Asian,Central Asia,West Asia and North Africa countries according to the region, the hypothesis is put forward in combination with the references and the variables are selected, then we do descriptive statistics on the data and do the stability test, and finally the host country related institutional, economic, geographical factors related to the empirical analysis of evaluation indicators, empirical results passed the robustness test. The final results show that China's OFDI favors the low degree of economic development, but the larger market scale, the higher degree and stability of government corruption control, the higher efficiency of the government, and the more complete construction of infrastructure.
