With the increasingly fierce market competition,in order to maintain self-competitiveness and stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,more and more enterprises begin to attach importance to the role of equity incentives.As far as the real estate industry is concerned,along with the hot real estate market in the past few years,Country Garden timely launched its own equity incentive plan,so as to achieve a significant improvement in performance.However,with the landing of the national policy of "no speculation in housing" and the constant increase of credit and the policy of restricting purchase and lending,all of these have brought great impact on it.At the same time,with the transformation and upgrading of Country Garden,new formats such as production city development,overseas expansion,robotics,modern agriculture have gradually emerged.Faced with the new changes in the real estate market today,the previous equity incentive plan can not well meet the needs of enterprise transformation,and the upgrading of equity incentive plan is imminent.Based on the design of the equity incentive system in Country Garden and the current new situation,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the incentive object,the source of the incentive target,the incentive conditions,the incentive mode and the way of incentive withdrawal,and puts forward its own suggestions.The main content of this paper is to optimize the equity incentive system of Country Garden.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the research background and significance of the enterprise equity incentive,and elaborates the research content.The second chapter is literature review and related theory.Firstly,it explains the concept of equity incentive,and points out the change and development of equity incentive mode.Secondly,it explains the related theories of equity incentive,and finally points out the research status of equity incentive at home and abroad.Chapter three is an overview of the equity incentive system in Country Garden.Including the introduction of the company,the background of the implementation of the equity incentive and the introduction of the equity incentive.Chapter IV is the focus of this paper,mainly on the case study of the equity incentive plan of Country Garden.Firstly,the author analyses the profitability and operating performance of Country Garden Group from the financial point of view,then proceeds from the relevant incentive factors such as incentive object,source of incentive target,incentive condition,incentive mode,incentive withdrawal mode and so on.Aiming at the design of equity incentive system,the author makes an analysis of the various factors affecting the system,and draws the optimum point of the system.Finally,the relationship between the equity incentive plan and its "high turnover" business model is deeply analyzed.The fifth chapter is the optimization design of the equity incentive system in Country Garden.According to the analysis of the fourth chapter,the author puts forward his own suggestions.The last chapter is the conclusion and outlook of this paper.In view of the research and analysis of the equity incentive system,it puts forward the key points of the optimization of the company's equity incentive from a macro perspective,and puts forward the shortcomings of this study and the prospects for future research.
