Research On Evaluation Of Knowledge Capital Information Disclosure Of Listed Companies In China

With the continuous development of the knowledge economy,the role of intellectual capital in the business performance and competitive position of enterprises is becoming more and more important.Knowledge capital has become the source of competitive advantage,the engine of enterprise value creation,and an important consideration for investors' decision-making.However,at present,China's mandatory legal system for information disclosure of listed companies' intellectual capital is still not perfect.The disclosure of corporate intellectual capital information is insufficient,not concentrated,and the state is incomparable between enterprises and industries.Under the impetus,what is the level of knowledge capital information disclosure of listed companies in China? Is there a difference in the disclosure of intellectual capital information between different industries?Firstly,this paper constructs a knowledge capital information disclosure evaluation system suitable for Chinese listed companies,and lays a foundation for the quantitative analysis of knowledge capital information disclosure of case enterprises.The specific method is to sort out the three viewpoints of scholars' connotation of intellectual capital in the past,and on this basis,put forward the new connotation of knowledge capital in the context of knowledge economy,and then use this as a standard to collect the classic literature and authoritative institutions at home and abroad.The intellectual capital indicators are screened.After the sea election,they are divided into three categories: human capital information disclosure,structural capital information disclosure and relationship capital information disclosure.The frequency index is used to delete the indicators with low frequency and get the preliminary screening index system.Then the weights are determined by the combination of AHP method and entropy weight method,and the unity of versatility and particularity is considered to form a set of evaluation system for intellectual capital information disclosure of listed companies.Secondly,this paper further selects a case study of 100 companies with typical industry characteristics from high-tech industry,manufacturing industry and financial industry,namely ZTE Corporation,Great Wall Motor Co.,Ltd.and Industrial Bank Co.,Ltd.Firstly,qualitative analysis of the basic situation of knowledge capital information disclosure of case enterprises is carried out,which is carried out from four perspectives: distribution scope,performance form,report content and comparability.Secondly,content analysis method and Python word segmentation technology are used to collect 30 enterprises from three industries.Knowledge capital information disclosure data,using the previous evaluation system to construct the knowledge capital information disclosure index,calculate the respective knowledge capital information disclosure index and classification index of high-tech industry,manufacturing industry and financial industry,and the case enterprises and their industries The enterprises with the highest intellectual property information disclosure index compare and find the gap.Finally,from the status quo of knowledge capital disclosure of the three case enterprises and their industries,the problems,reasons and optimization suggestions of the information disclosure of intellectual capital of listed companies in China are summarized.
