With the development of society, the financial and economic systems we are facing are becoming more and more complex, and the non-linear characteristics of the financial and economic systems are the main reasons for the complexity.Because the hidden economic relations of some variables in the financial system, such as regression,co-integration,causality and so on,are also a process of dynamic evolution, which is of great significance to the study of the financial system. In addition, the use of non-linear dynamics to study the financial system requires less consideration of the stationarity and error autocorrelation of financial data itself. If these economic implications can be attributed to the dynamic model,it will provide a new perspective for the study of stock price volatility, and the results will be more practical guidance.Based on the theory of finance, statistics and non-linear dynamics, this study analyzed the evolution of stock price volatility based on stock price data.Firstly, the background of the research on stock price fluctuation is introduced in the first chapter, and the related research of scholars at home and abroad is summarized.Secondly, the theoretical basis of the research on stock price fluctuation is introduced in the second chapter, which includes efficient market hypothesis theory, behavioral finance, chaos theory and fractal theory,in order to prepare for the later analysis.Chapter three mainly introduces several influencing factors of stock price fluctuation, and analyses how they affect stock price fluctuation. Then,Chapter Four establishes a dynamic model of stock price fluctuation, and studies the impact of supply and demand relationship of stock trading volume on stock price fluctuation from a micro perspective. Then,Chapter Five makes an empirical analysis using actual data. Finally, the sixth chapter summarizes and gives relevant policy recommendations.
