Research On The Construction Of Characteristic Towns In Jimo District, Qingdao City From The Perspective Of Industry Agglomeration

In recent years,China has witnessed rapid economic and social development,as well as substantial improvement of people’s material standard of living;however,the gap between urban and rural areas is expanding continually.On one hand,urban functions are constantly improved and the environment is changing each day;on the other hand,the rural environment is still lagging behind,and problems such as hollowing out and left-behind children are becoming increasingly prominent.Based on such situations,it has become an inevitable requirement to create a fulcrum for coordinated development and industrial agglomeration between urban and rural areas.With those background and the pilot test in Zhejiang Province,the construction of characteristic towns began to attract the attention of the whole country,and numbers of characteristic towns have been started up in many provinces.This thesis closely linked to urban and rural development as a whole,the theory of characteristics town construction,the perspective of green development and the background of characteristic small town construction,this thesis conducts an empirical analysis of the specific practice of characteristic town construction in Jimo District.Combining with the experience and enlightenment of characteristic town construction in domestic especially Zhejiang Province,this thesis summarizes the experience and existing problems in its developmental process,and puts forward aspects of suggestions and countermeasures for characteristic town construction in Jimo District,which are:improving the planning and constructing system,playing a role in industry aggregation and support,strengthening ecological construction,making good use of cultural resources,increasing financial channels,perfecting safeguard mechanism and intensifying propaganda.This thesis extracts the rules from the theoretical value as well as practical significance,and provides useful references for the same construction in many other areas.
