With the introduction of relevant national policies,thereal estate industry is in a complex and changeable market environment.The situation is becoming more and more severe,and the competition among industries is becoming more and more fierce.The impact on small and medium-sized real estate enterprises is more severe.Risk management is of vital importance to the financial management of real estate enterprises.It is necessary to identify and analyze their financial risks and establish a financial risk assessment and prevention system.As a very scarce resource in the real estate industry,cash flow directly determines the profitability and operation level of enterprises to some extent.If the cash flow of the enterprise is insufficient,it is likely to cause the situation of capital shortage,which will lead to the financial crisis of capital chain rupture.Of financial risk management experts and scholars at home and abroad has a lot of research on the related theory,has achieved fruitful results,but most of all to the market or in the industry as the research object,by the listed company as sample data,mostly adopt the way of empirical research method,there are few concrete in specific industry,enterprise's financial risk management research,ignoring the individual differences,even in the same industry due to the different area or operation management mode,the actual situation and the results are very different.Based on the above industry background and the new situation of research,this paper takes GX real estate company,a small and medium-sized real estate enterprise in chaoyang city,as the research object,and studies the financial risk management related issues of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises from cash inflow.This paper firstly sorts out the previous research achievements in relevant fields at home and abroad,understands the research status of financial risk management,and expounds the related concepts and theories of cash flow and financial risk management respectively.Next,focusing on the specific research object of GX real estate company,combining with the actual situation of the company,financial indicators are selected to analyze the financial status of the company and compare with the industry standard,so as to preliminarily identify the possible financial risks.Finally,according to the characteristics of the GX real estate company to introduce cash flow index respectively from the debt paying ability,profitability and development capacity dimensions to construct GX real estate company's financial risk assessment system based on cash flow,after verification,the overall level of financial risk to moderate level,solvency risk level has reached the peak.Based on the analysis and research results,this paper puts forward the improvement measures suitable for the current risk management of GX real estate company to help enterprises improve the risk management system and prevent financial risks in time.
