Research On The Application Of Internet Consumer Financial Asset Securitization

In recent years,with the development of the Internet economy,some Internet companies have begun to use their own e-commerce platform to provide consumer credit services to users.At the same time of rapid growth in business scale and operating income,these enterprises have also accumulated a large amount of consumer assets,which has affected the further development of the company to some extent.As a financing method,asset securitization can effectively improve the liquidity of assets and has the advantage of lower financing costs,which is favored by many Internet consumer finance companies.This paper firstly reviews the domestic and international research status of asset securitization and Internet consumer financial asset securitization,and defines related concepts and two theoretical foundations.On this basis,the development status of China's Internet consumer financial asset securitization is analyzed.The key part of this paper is the case analysis of Jingdong White Strip Receivables Asset Securitization.Based on a brief introduction to the reasons for case selection and the basic situation of the case,this paper analyzes the motivation of Jingdong Baitiao asset securitization from the perspective of finance and strategy,and conducts the basic asset pool,cyclic purchase structure,risk prevention and response measures of the plan.In-depth analysis,the significance of the plan and the problems at the current stage.Finally,it summarizes the enlightenment brought by Jingdong Baitiao receivable asset securitization,and proposes policy recommendations for the securitization of Internet consumer financial assets,which provides a certain reference for follow-up product practice.
