| In this paper,a series of quality problems appear in the first type of mobile station of Company A.Based on SPC theory,process control application,This article analyzes the causes and make timely improvements;at the same time establishes a new evaluation index system based on the number of three-end intervals The Principal Component Analysis method is used to screen the indicators,and the subjective and objective weights are analyzed based on the three-end interval number,and the quality is evaluated based on the positive target distance.Combined with examples,the application of theoretical research to compare the quality evaluation level of the first model of the vehicle before and after the improvement,verified that this method has a significant research and application value for the quality improvement of Company A.The main research and application contents of this paper are as follows:1.Application analysis of process control theory based on SPC.For quality process control,this paper uses X-R control chart for quantitative analysis.This paper analyzes the quality status of the first type of mobile station in Company A,and applies the process control theory to the production of the vehicle platform,and analyzes the process control theory through statistical data to obtain the quality status of the core characteristics in the quality production process.The quality improvement has laid the foundation;at the same time,whether the improvement effect is significant,this paper takes four types of radio stations as the research objectives,establishes a new quality evaluation system,and analyzes the quality synthesis of the model before and after improvement.2.Research on principal component analysis based on three-end interval number.Firstly,it is difficult to measure or change the quality index value,and the shortcomings of the interval number of the interval number are too large,and the data distortion is too high.The quality index value of the quality is represented by the three-end interval number.Secondly,for too many indicators,the data correlation between indicators is large,which brings a lot of inconvenience to the calculation.Based on the index data as the principal component analysis theory of interval numbers,this paper proposes the most probable value method for three-parameter interval principal component analysis.In order to screen out irrelevant indicators,it laid the foundation for the comprehensive quality evaluation below.3.Research on the quality evaluation method based on the weight of the three-end interval number and the positive target distance.In the above-mentioned new quality index weightdetermination module,this paper also considers the advantages and disadvantages of subjective and objective theoretical solution weights,and combines the two to deal with them.For the subjective theory to solve the weight,this paper based on the quality index is the three-end interval number,using the analytic hierarchy process and establishing the model to solve the subjective weight;at the same time,for the determination of the comprehensive weight,in the case of the index value is the three-end interval number,this paper based on the objective weight and the optimal effect vector and the deviation from the subjective weight and the minimum two premise,and the model is solved to determine the comprehensive weight of the indicator.In the quality evaluation of the index value of the three-end interval number,this paper combines the multi-attribute positive target distance decision model to sort according to the size of each target’s target distance.Therefore,the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of the four types of radio stations before and after the improvement of Company A will lay a theoretical foundation for the company’s next decision. |
