Research On Capital Structure Optimization Of Company B

After the 21 st century,great changes have taken place in social development.Science and technology as well as economic level show blowout growth.As a new industry,electronic commerce industry takes science and technology as its carrier,and its capital structure is quite different from that of traditional industries.As a member of the e-commerce industry,Company B is at the initial stage of growth and needs sufficient funds to develop the market.Through the analysis of B company's asset structure,this paper can promote the maximization of asset value.At the same time,it also has a certain reference significance for the whole e-commerce industry to adjust the capital structure.In the process of the research,four writing methods are adopted:literature research method,comparative analysis method,case analysis method and entropy weight method.Firstly,this paper introduces the background of the topic and the significance of the research.Then it introduces the development of modern capital structure.Secondly,the paper briefly introduces the development status and management concept of Company B,and deeply excavates the financial data such as asset-liability ratio,property right ratio and financial leverage coefficient.After comparing the financial data of excellent enterprises in the same industry,it finds that there are some problems in the capital structure of Company B,such as high debt scale,high short-term debt ratio and unreasonable ownership structure.Explain the causes of the problem.Then,the optimal capital structure model established by Professor Meng Jianbo is used to analyze the optimal asset-liability ratio of company B under static state,and different indexes are selected to calculate the relative weight of enterprise value by using the entropy weight method,and the dynamic optimal debt ratio is analyzed.Determine the optimal debt ratio interval.Finally,it puts forward some pertinent suggestions,such as adjusting the debt structure of enterprises and optimizing the ownership structure.
