Study On Financial Risk Control Of SHT Pharmaceutical Limited Company

With the advent of the new health care reform in 2015 and the impact of inflation and the rising cost of pharmaceutical raw materials,pharmaceutical enterprises are facing enormous challenges while developing rapidly.Because the pharmaceutical industry has the characteristics of high risk,high investment and high return,timely discovery of the financial risks existing in pharmaceutical enterprises is conducive to the financial department to understand the current financial situation of the company and make correct financial decisions;to the company managers to change their business strategies in time to avoid affecting the normal operation of the company;to the company's stakeholders to intuitively grasp the company.Financial situation,reduce its investment risk,ultimately enhance the comprehensive strength of enterprises,and ultimately maximize the value of enterprises.This paper takes SHT Pharmaceutical Company as the research object.Firstly,through the elaboration of related financial risk concepts,theories and evaluation methods,the financial risk has been studied.Then it identifies the financial risk of SHT Pharmaceutical Company from four aspects of financing,investment,operation and income distribution.Using the financial data of SHT Pharmaceutical Company in recent five years,on the one hand,it compares the financial data vertically for five years,on the other hand,it compares the financial data horizontally with the standard value of the same industry,and makes a brief analysis of the current financial situation of SHT Pharmaceutical Company.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation system of financial risk is constructed according to the characteristics of pharmaceutical industry and the operation status of SHT pharmaceutical company.The weights of financial and non-financial indicators are determined by analytic hierarchy process,the financial risk evaluation values of financial indicators are determined by the improved efficiency coefficient method combined with the Standard Value of Enterprise Performance Evaluation promulgated by the State Council,and the financial risk evaluation values of non-financial indicators are determined by expert scoring method.Then the weights of financial and non-financial indicators and their financial risk evaluation are made.The comprehensive evaluation result of SHT pharmaceutical company's financial risk is obtained by multiplying the two values,and the risk grade of SHT pharmaceutical company's financial risk is judged.Based on the results of identification and comprehensive evaluation of financial risk of SHT Pharmaceutical Company,this paper puts forward the control measures of financial risk of SHT Pharmaceutical Company from four aspects: financing,investment,operation and income distribution,hoping to provide some help for financial risk control of SHT Pharmaceutical Company.
