The Impact Of External Innovation Sources On Enterprise Innovation Performance Based On Absorptive Capacity

“Ask him what so clear,as has the springhead”.Innovation is the fine tradition of Chinese nation since ancient days.In our country,the "Five Year Plan" ushered in the thirteenth realization period of the historical opportunity,the voice of economic transformation,enterprise innovation and reform is also increasing.In this context,the research of open innovation of enterprises has a more important practical significance,the exploration and improvement of the mode ——the innovation performance of enterprise is an effective way to break through the development of enterprise technology and productivity.Open innovation mainly refers to the enterprise in the external access to the value of the ideas and innovative activities of the model,the enterprise will be the organization of the internal innovation process open to the market,and then through a certain way to integrate the innovation process.External innovation source mainly refers to the background of enterprise innovation process,can play the role of innovative information sources and open innovation knowledge,and has the external liquidity and internal application of the knowledge source.Absorptive capacity refers to the ability of enterprises to absorb and apply knowledge in the process of development and innovation.The industrial characteristics and environment of the enterprise refers to the characteristics of the industry and the two dimensions of its geographical environment.Through the analysis of the relationship between these four variables,the empirical research methods are assumed and tested,and the empirical results are analyzed.In the empirical research,mainly through the 66 team of 44 companies which have 317 questionnaires study found finishing,enterprise in innovation activities,external source of innovation and enterprise innovation performance significantly correlated,absorptive capacity in between the two acts as a mediating variable to part of the intermediary role,industrial characteristics and environment in enterprise external source of innovation model influence on innovation performance in which has a significant regulatory role.This research not only expands the research model,but also provides some data support for the enterprise innovation.
