Case Study Of Guizhou Maotai Dividend Distribution

With the completeness of the capital market in China,the dividend distribution policy,one of the cores in financial management,is particularly important in the development of listed companies in the capital market.The rationality and scientific nature of the dividend distribution policy can ensure that the company establishes its good image and attracts enough investors.In turn,it ensures the continuous development of listed companies and creates considerable economic benefits.However,there is a widespread concern about the irregularity and non-distribution of dividend distribution in China’s securities market,which is not conducive to investors’ reinvestment and the development of China’s securities market.How to optimize the corporate dividend distribution policy has important practical significance for the sustainable development of enterprises.This paper selects Guizhou Maotai,a national brand of liquor industry,as the case study object.Based on the research theory of dividend distribution policy,this paper studies the distribution policy of Guizhou Maotai in the special background of China’s securities market.Firstly,based on the introduction of the basic situation of Guizhou Maotai,this paper analyzes the status of dividend distribution policy,and compares the policy of dividend distribution between Guizhou Maotai and Wuliangye another leading company in the same industry,and proposes that Guizhou Maotai dividend distribution policy is continuous and stable.More cash-based,higher payment rates and steady growth.Secondly,it analyzes the influencing factors of Guizhou Maotai dividend distribution policy from two aspects: financial factors and non-financial factors.Third,the implementation effect of Guizhou Maotai dividend distribution policy is explained from the impact on industry status,the impact on shareholders and the impact of corporate value.Finally,combined with the case study of Guizhou Moutai dividend distribution policy,the author draws on the experience and optimization suggestions of the dividend distribution policy,which has an important reference for the liquor industry to build its own brand and continue the cultural heritage of China.It also regulates the dividend distribution of listed companies.Behavior has a certain reference.
