The Impact Of Airport Logistics On The Optimization And Upgrade Of Guangzhou’s Industrial Structure

In February 2019,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Outline of Development Planning for Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Dawan District",proposing the construction of a world-class airport group in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,and promoting the development of the Guangzhou Airport Economic Zone.In October 2017,the Guangzhou Airport Economic Zone started 43 projects,and plans to complete the cumulative investment of more than 300 billion yuan in the Guangzhou Airport Economic Zone by 2020.As the core of the airport economic zone,airport logistics is closely related to the optimization and upgrading of Guangzhou’s industrial structure.Can airport logistics promote the optimization and upgrading of Guangzhou’s industrial structure? If so,what is the promotion mechanism of airport logistics to optimize and upgrade Guangzhou’s industrial structure? If not,how can each industry upgrade to catch the express train of airport logistics? This is the main problem of this paper.This paper first analyzes the status quo of Guangzhou’s industrial structure from 1986 to 2017,and then establishes the promotion mechanism model of airport logistics to optimize and upgrade Guangzhou’s industrial structure,and then uses the vector error correction model(VECM).The impact of airport logistics on the optimization and upgrading of Guangzhou’s industrial structure was analyzed.The study found that the development of airport logistics can drive Guangzhou’s industrial structure to become more advanced,and it also has a positive impact on the rationalization of industrial structure.Therefore,this paper puts forward two suggestions.On the one hand,it is necessary to speed up the construction of the airport logistics industrial park and its surrounding infrastructure,create an airport logistics alliance system,and promote the intelligent and informationization of airport logistics.On the other hand,it is necessary to use the airport logistics to cultivate a new model of modern agriculture.Promote the transformation of Guangzhou light industry value chain to high-end links,and vigorously develop production services such as finance and technology.
