Research On Process Risk Of QB Company's P2P Online Loan Platform Based On Internal Control

China's Internet finance industry is developing rapidly.P2P online lending platform has become an important way of China's Internet private lending,featuring wide participation and high efficiency.It has had an important impact on the national economy and is an important channel for small and micro enterprises and individuals to conduct financing.However,in recent years,P2P online loan platforms frequently appear problems,and the credibility of online loan industry is also questioned.Through the case study of the problem platform,it is found that the development of many platforms in the industry is slow,or even difficult to survive,the problem is basically caused by the platform process risk.The fundamental reason for the common process risks in the P2P online loan industry is the lack of internal control.Therefore,improving the internal control system has become a key means to prevent the process risk of P2P lending platform.In view of the current P2P lending platform of its internal control research is still in the early stage.This article selects QB lending platform as the research object,analyzes the evaluation system,funds flow and information security technology construction of deficiencies,and process for QB network platform loan risk detailed cause analysis,as the research basis,in the P2P network platform to offer perfect risk assessment mechanism to improve the internal control process,improve the system of fund depository,implementation platform information transparency,improve the level of construction technology,and a total of five internal culture construction measures,to provide countermeasures and Suggestions to the industry.
