Application Rearch Of ERP On Financial Management Of Multinational Corporation

On March 2015,Vision and Actions on Jointly Building Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road,issued by China Government.The Belt and Road cooperation,as raised and promoted by China government,has long term strategy significance to China modernization and build china leadership in the world.On June 2015,China and Russia signed a high speed rail bill,which opened a new chapter of China's foreign investment.While accelerating foreign investment,Chinese enterprises are required to acquire higher financial management and internal control.Multination enterprise needs to resolve the problem of financial information distortion,poor supervision and etc.Chinese enterprises,especially state enterprises,have a certain gap compared with other multinational groups,and need to improve group financial management capacity.Realization of financial management largely depends on the implementation of accounting information system,and accounting information system is the carrier of enterprise accounting.To utilize ERP to help enterprise to resolve financial management problems,is a major issue of current ERP,especially for multinational enterprise with complex business process.Through analysis of ERP implementation of mature multinational companies,this article lists out the issue and solution during ERP implantation for multination companies,which provides new ideas for Chinese multination enterprise ERP implementation.
