Following the fast development of automobile manufactory,the competition of car manufacturers becomes fiercer.The continuously rising demand of car maintenance causes more manufacturers to enter the post-era of automobile service.For the car manufacturing enterprise of itself,the disqualified maintenance service defames the value of brand,causing the loss of customer resources and so on.In contrast,the qualified maintenance will bring the enterprise more profits and strong power to its development.Firstly,this paper is to design and implement a proper automobile service evaluation system for maintenance quality.By setting up the car manufacturing factory as the core,based on the research and analysis of after-sale service chain and main professional procedures,the key index leading to the difference of automobile maintenance service quality is being searched.According to the field demand survey,compare between the domestic and foreign maintenance quality service evaluation methods,then choose RVM(Relevance Vector Machine)to establish evaluation model and the validity of model is verified by training model and test results.Secondly,this system is based on JAX-WS framework of WebService technology,SQL sentence,data import tool to implement and collect data enterprises,then taking the collected data for analysis,and at the end using the training model to improve the feasibility of evaluation.Finally,it is based on the system requirements to implement the system department manage module,checking module,data interchange module,maintenance service quality evaluation checking module and model control module,as well as finishing performance and function tests of the system,proving the feasibility of the system.This thesis uses data extraction technology,comprehensive performance appraisal technology combine with real requirement to improve the system feasibility,as well as providing the simple and visualization GUI,various ways of result illustration,making users find it easier to use data analyzing results for making decision at the later period.
