| Promoting the development of industry integration in rural areas is an important way to promote the function expansion of agriculture and rural areas,to develop new rural industries,and to cultivate the rural economic momentum,as well as a new idea about promoting continuous income increase for farmers and realizing rural revitalization.Xinjin County,belonging to the third circle of the national mega-city,has large-scale processing enterprises like New Hope Group,Hua Zhong Hua,Maugo and so on,as well as scenic spots like Hua Wu Ren Jian,Bamboo Forest,Agri-Expo Garden(under construction)and so on,through the development of urban modern agriculture.The initial formation of rural industrial integration in Xinjin has been realized.However,there are still some deficiencies and problems in the integration of rural industry in Xinjin County.In order to further promote and consolidate the fruits of development,the study on the integration of rural industry has great theoretical and practical significance.Based on the existing research on industrial integration and rural industrial integration,this paper uses five theories including agricultural and rural multi-functionalism theory,industrial chain theory,industrial integration theory,industrial agglomeration theory and green development theory.The main content includes the following aspects.First of all,this paper studies the situation of industrial integration of rural areas in Xinjin County,and has a preliminary understanding of the present situation.Secondly,from the current situation of rural industrial integration development in Xinjin County,the problems are found and analyzed,in order to lay the foundation for the next step of research.Thirdly,it puts forward several feasible paths for Xinjin County to promote the industrial integration development in rural areas,and proposes corresponding policy recommendations to the paths and the overall development of rural industrial integration.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:Firstly,through transverse function expansion of agricultural tourism and longitudinal extension of leading enterprises,Xinjin County has got achievements in promoting the integration of rural functions.The trend of industrial convergence has been initially revealed.The overall level of agricultural industrialization has been improved.Farmers' income continues to grow,and the integration of new villages and industrial development has been further developed.Secondly,there are still some problems in the integration development of rural industry in Xinjin County,such as low degree of integration and development,scattered development layout,weak driving force of new type of management entities,imperfect interest linkage mechanism and insufficient public service capacity.It is not conducive to the further linkage and integration of the industries in the rural areas of Xinjin County,and it is also not conducive to stimulate the vitality of the rural economy.Thirdly,in order to further optimize the industrial integration structure and solve the above problems,this paper proposes paths to promote the integration of industry in Xinjin County,including industrial park driven type,exhibition complex driven type,new format driven type,"Internet +" information fusion driven type and growing cycle integration driven type,so as to improve the overall quality and level of integration.At last,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions on supporting policies in terms of promoting overall integration,increasing financial support,safeguarding the interest of management entities,perfecting the rural reform mechanism and providing public services,in order to meet the needs of the development of rural industrial integration paths in Xinjin County. |
