With the maturity of Internet transactions,product homogeneity on the service platform has gradually emerged.The quality of service products alone is not enough to attract customers' trading desires.The competition between platforms is transferred to the customer's retention.In order to better retain customers,the platform needs to improve the quality of its service experience.However,as customers become familiar with the transaction process,the impact of the customer experience factor is also changing.The entire transaction process acts jointly on the perception of the service experience.The thesis analyzes the changes in the service experience quality factors brought about by C2 C development and changes.According to the indicators of service experience quality,it is found that the time elements have the most obvious impact on the service experience quality under the mature service platform model,reducing the time cost spent to become a customer participation transaction.The interest point of interest.Through the analysis of transaction behaviors generated by C2 C online service platform,service providers and customers based on their respective interests,the company seeks out the relationship of interest among the three parties and establishes a decision model based on reasonable assumptions.The interest utility function of the three parties,through the analysis of the decision-making behavior of each party and the influence of the other two parties on the decision-making of this party,draws the conditions for this party to make the maximum utility decision,and thus derives how the service experience quality affects the C2 C online service platform.The decisions made.Through the verification of the model,it is concluded that the C2 C online service platform enhances the service experience quality by vigorously developing a personalized recommendation system to reduce the customer's time cost to protect its own development interest and existence value.At the same time,based on the impact of the time cost element of the service experience quality on the profit of the C2 C online service platform,it is predicted that the future development trend of the C2 C online service platform will be the orientation of the social service platform.
