The rapid development of science and technology provides continuous power for the insurance industry.The traditional insurance sales channels keep pace with The Times and use cloud computing,online mode,big data,Internet,APP terminal,AI and other technologies to improve the existing sales structure,broaden the scope of business and improve the market competitiveness under the guidance of advanced frontier theories.This paper takes emerging technologies,industry environment and the development status as the research background,and mainly takes the issue of life insurance telemarketing improvement of P group as the research entry point.In P group life insurance sales calls long-term operating forms of analysis,this paper researches how P group life insurance sales calls uses the market-oriented breakthrough,to solve the problem,and provide effective development strategies,by using the IDIC model and life cycle theory.This paper mainly includes four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction of research background,purpose and significance,and briefly describes the research ideas and methods.The second chapter is the overview of the relevant theoretical basis,includes the industry terminology,and related theories of customer managing.The third chapter is the general situation of the development mode of P group life insurance sales calls,focus on the problems and causes of telemarketing.The last chapter is the analysis of improvements in telemarketing,taking IDIC model and the theory of life cycle as guide line,and puts forward the feasibility and effectiveness of opinions or enlightenment.
