With the change of economic environment and the introduction of a series of policies on grain and oil enterprises,the profit space of grain and oil enterprises has been continuously compressed,especially the competition between small and medium-sized enterprises has become more and more fierce.Grain and oil companies are born because of their interests.Reducing costs is an important way to increase profits.Good internal control of inventory,reduce inventory costs,improve inventory quality,in the short term can increase corporate profits,in the long term,there are also benefits to the sustainable development of the company.This paper takes TK grain and oil company as the research object.Through the in-depth investigation of TK grain and oil company,it is found that its inventory accounts for a large proportion of current assets,and the inventory backlog is relatively prominent.This puts forward new requirements for the internal control of TK grain and oil company's inventory.It is very important to pursue more reasonable inventory management means and better internal control management methods.This paper combs through the theory of large amount of documents and internal control of inventory,draws on the research results of many experts and scholars at home and abroad,and divides the internal control of inventory into four links:procurement link,storage link,storage link,inventory link,and inventory link.First,the inventory status of TK grain and oil company is described in detail.Then,through the analysis of the status quo,It is found that TK grain and oil companies have problems such as high procurement costs,unreasonable classification of storage,high storage costs,not strict approval procedures for outbound storage,serious cases of daily inventory walking,and low inventory efficiency.Then analyze the problem in depth.It is believed that these problems are due to the unscientific budgeting of TK grain and oil companies,irregular supplier management,lack of responsibility of reservoir managers,too few storage points for grain and oil,lack of risk awareness of clearance leaders,lack of enthusiasm for inventory personnel,and lack of communication among personnel in various departments before the inventory.Finally,according to the cause of the problem,combined with the actual situation of TK grain and oil company,this article believes that TK grain and oil companies can implement acomprehensive budget,optimize the procurement application process,strictly implement the supplier assessment system,implement the group responsibility system of reservoir managers,establish reasonable grain and oil storage points,improve the accountability system,improve the monitoring environment,implement the post rotation system,and strengthen the communication among various departments.To optimize the internal control of its inventory.TK Grain and Oil Company is not a small and medium-sized grain and oil companies with large inventories and high storage costs.Their inventories are also plagued by similar problems.This article hopes to pass the research on TK Grain and Oil Company.It can help TK grain and oil companies to better improve the internal control of inventory,but also hope to play a certain role in the theory or internal control process for other grain and oil companies.
