In the increasingly mature market economy system,the further integration of domestic and foreign financial and economic markets makes the competition between banks more and more fierce.At the same time of financial innovation,the bank services are also pushed to fine management.With the increasing demand for banking services,in order to maximize the value of banks and promote the rapid development of the financial industry,high-quality financial service quality is still the focus of recent banking work.This paper takes X County Agricultural and Commercial Bank outlets as the research object.After analyzing and studying the literature,it deeply studies and analyses the service problems of large and small business outlets in X County.Based on the customer satisfaction survey of X County Agricultural and Commercial Bank outlets,the paper evaluates the quality system of customer service.On the basis of data analysis of the evaluation results,the main problems existing in the network of X County Agricultural and Commercial Bank are found,including the redundant service process,low overall service quality and poor awareness of active service.The causes of these problems are analyzed from the aspects of internal control system,technical means and corporate culture,and then the promotion of the network is put forward in view of the problems and causes.Specific countermeasures and implementation guarantee of service quality.This paper makes a thorough and meticulous analysis of the above problems in order to hope that the weak sense of active service and the problem of customer queuing can be solved,in order to improve the quality and efficiency of customer service of agricultural commercial bank outlets.
