Research On Optimization Strategies For The Development Of Zhongyuan Equity Exchange Center

Since China's capital market began to sprout in the 1980 s,after more than 30 years of development,it has initially formed a multi-level capital market system.As one of the most basic levels in the multi-level capital market system,the regional equity trading market plays an important role in standardizing the operation and management of enterprises,solving the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises and promoting the development of regional economy.With the gradual improvement and implementation of the government's supporting policies,the regional equity trading markets in various provinces are developing in full swing.However,the rapid expansion of the market and the blind competition between the various stock exchange centers inevitably lead to a series of problems.Judging from the current operation of the regional equity trading market in Henan Province,it still does not fully play its due market function and economic effects.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the current development strategy and development problems of the Central Plains Equity Exchange Center,and then put forward the optimization development strategy.It is hoped that Henan Province will have a certain reference value for building a national first-class regional equity trading market.Based on the analysis of the current development strategy of the Central Plains Stock Exchange Center and its relationship with the economic growth of Henan Province,this paper puts forward an improved optimization development strategy for its development predicament by using the methods of case analysis,empirical analysis and comparative analysis.In the course of specific research,this paper first makes a basic theoretical analysis on the definition,function orientation and necessity of the development of regional equity trading market in China,and then introduces the development course and development status of regional equity trading market in China.Secondly,on the basis of detailed analysis of the current development strategy,present situation,favorable conditions and development results of the Central Plains Equity Trading Center,this paper studies the relationship between the development ofthe Central Plains Equity Trading Center and the economic growth of Henan province by using the symbiotic model.Thirdly,through the comparison and analysis between the Central Plains Equity Trading Center and the development characteristics of the Stock Exchange center in the developed provinces,and find out the development dilemma and reasons of the Central Plains Equity Trading Center at present.Finally,the article proposes a strategic framework for the construction of a first-class regional equity market in Henan Province,and an optimized development strategy for the Central Plains Equity Exchange Center.This paper finds that there is a close symbiotic relationship between the development of the Central Plains Stock Exchange Center and the economic growth of Henan Province,which shows that the level of economic growth has been continuously improved by the development of regional stock exchange market,and the regional stock exchange market has been growing steadily and large-scale through the rapid economic growth.However,as far as the current development of Henan Province is concerned,the economic effect of regional equity trading market is not fully revealed,and there are still some development difficulties,such as relatively backward financing scale,weak service ability of member institutions,weaker market profitability,lack of policy support for financing products,insufficient refinement of plate setting and lack of smooth transfer board mechanism.Therefore,this paper argues that the Central Plains Equity Exchange Center should strengthen its administrative drive,improve its members' service ability,explore the market profit model,create favorable financing conditions,enrich the hierarchical structure of the plate and strengthen the cooperation docking mechanism,so as to optimize its own development strategy and make continuous efforts to develop into a first-class regional equity trading market in China.
