For commercial banks,credit risk is a very important factor restricting their development.In the current economic environment,the economy is in a downward trend,and the non-performing loan rate of commercial banks continues to rise.The non-performing loan rate of China's commercial banks(referring to the four major state-owned commercial banks,the Construction Bank of China,the Bank of China,the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and the Agricultural Bank of China)is higher than the industry average level announced by the CBRC.In addition to non-performing loans,the amount of overdue loans of commercial banks in China is also growing rapidly,and the risk brought by the composition of assets quality of commercial banks is gradually rising.From the current situation,the risk management level of commercial banks in China is generally low,and the non-performing loan rate of commercial banks is not optimistic.Credit risk management of commercial banks is very important and the most important part of bank management.As for the liquor industry,it is a unique traditional liquor species in China,and has been one of the important industries in China.Liquor industry belongs to food manufacturing industry,but compared with other food manufacturing enterprises,liquor is different from ordinary food manufacturing enterprises,and its brand added value is very high.This paper mainly discusses the credit risk management of liquor-making enterprises in commercial banks.Firstly,it begins with the credit risk research of commercial banks.Then it analyses the characteristics of liquor-making industry.Starting from the credit process management of commercial banks,it chooses some representative liquor-making enterprises for analysis,combs the credit process of liquor-making industry,and deeply studies its risk.In this paper,the credit process management and risk of liquor industry in commercial banks,a relatively special food manufacturing industry are discussed and analyzed.The main research method of this paper is inductive analysis.By collecting books,papers,periodicals,regulations and financial statements of some liquor-making enterprises related to this study,this paper summarizes and combines theoretical research with practice,from low-risk liquor-making enterprises to Liquor-making Enterprises with relatively high credit risk,from their external risks to their ownfinancial risks,from outside to outside.Inside.Among the credit low-risk liquor enterprises,Guizhou Maotai Liquor Co.,Ltd.and Yibin Wuliangye Co.,Ltd.were selected to study the credit medium-low risk enterprises,including Luzhou Laojiao Co.,Ltd.,Sichuan Shuijingfang Co.,Ltd.,Jiangsu Yanghe Liquor Co.,Ltd.and Sichuan Tuopai Shede Liquor Co.,Ltd.Analysis,in the credit high-risk enterprises selected Sichuan Yibin Gaozhou Liquor Co.,Ltd.for research and analysis.Industry risk analysis is an important part of credit risk management,because credit risk management and control is from the big industry,and then specific to each enterprise,industry risk is inevitable for enterprises in the industry.The overall study and analysis of the liquor industry can be seen from the overall credit risk,but also understand liquor,the special product of the food manufacturing industry,its industry credit risk.
