In recent years,financial technology has had a great impact on the financial industry and banking industry.In the context of the impact of financial technology,it is of great theoretical and practical significance for commercial banks to actively develop and apply fintech.Taking the development of fintech of China Merchants Bank as an example,this paper analyzes the reasons,advantages and possible problems for China Merchants Bank to choose the development mode of fintech based on internal research and development.The paper also introduces the strategic objectives,institutional guarantee,mobile priority strategy and technology and application layout of China Merchants Bank for the development of fintech,as well as analyzes the advantages and possible shortcomings of these measures in detail.Based on the case analysis of China Merchants Bank developing fintech,this paper expounds the strategy of developing fintech of commercial Banks.It also analyzes the development strategy of monetary speculation of commercial banks from the aspects of development mode selection,organizational structure,talent system,technical layout and risk control.The main conclusions and Suggestions are as follows:First of all,commercial banks should choose the development model according to their own goals and characteristics.The development strategy of commercial banks should aim at science and technology.At the same time,internal research and development should become the main mode of fintech development because of its large scale,strong strength,open and flexible business philosophy.The strategic goal of commercial Banks should also pay attention to their financial attributes and regard fintech as an important tool and means to achieve better financial services.It is a more realistic choice for commercial banks to choose such modes as external merger and acquisition and external cooperation.Secondly,the development and application of fintech in commercial banks need to establish an organizational structure with efficient operation and clear rights and responsibilities.It includes both the top-level organizational design and the specific organizational structure design,and also needs to consider the characteristics of the financial business.Thirdly,commercial banks should build a talent system to adapt to the development of fintech.From the source of talents,commercial banks should attach equal importance to both inside and outside.Commercial banks should not only train internal technical personnel,but also introduce external,high-level scientific and technological personnel.In terms of the use of talents,commercial banks should carry out system reform in corporate culture,incentive mechanism,assessment mechanism and other aspects to adapt to thetechnical advantages of innovative scientific and technological talents.Also,Commercial Banks must establish a sound fintech layout.On the one hand,for some mature technologies with clear application scenarios,commercial banks should increase investment and make active use of them.However,for other technologies that are not mature enough and the future application scenarios are not very clear,which are still in the early stage of development,commercial banks should keep paying attention to them and make appropriate investment.Finally,in the process of innovation,commercial banks must attach great importance to and strictly control all kinds of risks.All kinds of technological innovations and applications of commercial Banks should be in compliance with laws and regulations,so as to avoid new businesses and applications brought by technological progress from violating relevant rules and standards.It is necessary to set up multi-level risk control measures for technological innovation and its application,including risk identification,measurement and risk control.
